Week of March 31-April 4 2014

7th Grade Social Studies
We will study European Economic Project due today, what are some of the economic elements of Europe?
Start oral presentation. Introduction of Civilizations of the Americas, Mesoamerica, test on Friday.

Monday-  answer review questions pg. 356-357, 1-5
Tuesday-  no homework
Wednesday-  lesson review pg. 371, 1-5
Thursday-  study for test

6th Grade Social studies
We will study Greek legacy, architecture, history, philosophy, science, Plato, Socrates & Aristotle.

Homework:
Monday- answer all review questions pg. 411-417
Tuesday- lesson review pg. 417 1-5
Wednesday- no homework
Thursday- study Greek History for test tomorrow

8th Grade Social Studies
We will study Economic issues and data of Europe, have oral presentation of Project, read about the underground rail road, focus on a Nation Divided.

Monday-  pg. 428  1-4 section review
Tuesday-  answer review questions pg. 432 1-4
Wednesday- no homework
Thursday-  study for test for tomorrow


Elective
Art History, students will  Egyptian Art, and work on a art activity

We will study the City-State and Democracy, types of Government, Direct Democracy

We will study Asian Economic Project due on Friday, Hopes of Immigrants, why some Americans opposed Immigration. American Literature and Art, Reforming American Society.
