7th Grade Social Studies
Objective we will study the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, understand the Roman Culture, Society, Government, and Military conquest.  Review for test on Friday September 20, map skills of Rome. Start reviewing for Iowa Standardized Testing.

Homework:
Monday-  finish spiders from reading pg. 42-49, map due on Friday 
Tuesday-  answer questions pg. 51  1-5
Wednesday-  lesson review pg. 56  1-5
Thursday-   study for test   Ch. 2 lesson 1&2

6th Grade Social Studies
We will study the earliest humans, how they raised animals & farmed, review  Ch. 2 lesson  1, 2&3, map skills, review for Iowa Standardized Testing

Tuesday-  lesson review pg. 62 1-5
Wednesday-  finish spiders from reading pg. 65-68 5/4
Thursday-  study for test Ch. 2 lesson 1,2&3

8th. Grade Social Studies
Objective we will study Spain and the New World, map skills of the New World, review for Iowa Testing, review for test on Friday September 20.

Tuesday-  lesson review pg. 66  1-4
Wednesday-  answer questions pg. 70 1-4
Thursday-  study for test Ch. 2 section 3, 4&5

We will study how to make Treble Clef, Music Staffs and hoe to make notes/ scales.

Health
objective we will study how to make better choices with fats, what is good fats and bad fats?
